ASPIRING LEADERS PRESENTATION

On Thursday 10th July we held our end of year presentations for the 2024-2025 cohort of Aspiring Leaders.

This was a celebration of the work and commitment they have shown all year towards their professional development. The programme consists of termly face-to-face focussed training/development sessions, and networking opportunities in between. Each Leader spoke for five minutes, showcasing the impact the programme has had on their subject/area of leadership.

"Taking part in the Aspiring Leader's programme has been so worthwhile. It has been brilliant to network with other colleagues within the trust and share our own ideas and experiences. Being able to strive towards leadership by enabling it through our own school project has been a very practical benefit. I would recommend it to others in the Cambrian Learning Trust!"

Phoebe Ledster, Teacher at Watchfield Primary School

"The Aspiring Leader’s course has enabled me to develop my own leadership qualities while networking with other leaders across the trust. I have gained invaluable skills that I can apply as I continue to grow in my leadership journey."

Kayleigh, Teacher at Millbrook Primary School

We look forward to welcoming the next cohort of Aspiring Leaders to the programme in September.
