Cambrian Learning Trust is proud to be taking part in National Apprenticeship Week, the UK Government’s annual celebration of apprenticeships and their impact on individuals, employers and communities. This national campaign highlights the value of apprenticeships in helping people learn and earn, and in building skills for the future.
For our pupils, apprenticeships offer a valuable pathway into employment, training and further education, combining real-world experience with recognised qualifications and supporting successful futures beyond school.
Apprenticeships are equally important for our staff. Aligned with our Trust vision and values, Cambrian’s apprenticeship strategy is designed to nurture new colleagues and support existing staff to gain new skills, confidence and qualifications while continuing to work within the Trust. Apprenticeships help strengthen leadership, support career progression, and ensure the very best outcomes for our learners.
CEO Richard Evans said:
“Apprenticeships are a vital part of how we invest in people at Cambrian Learning Trust. They allow us to nurture talent, support career progression and build a strong, sustainable workforce for the future.”
Throughout the week, we will be showcasing colleagues from across the Trust who are currently undertaking apprenticeships, celebrating their achievements and sharing their experiences.
