Centre for Professional Excellence

We are deeply committed to developing excellence in our schools, which is driven through our commitment to developing all staff. The Centre of Professional Excellence is the umbrella term used to capture all elements of CPD, which can be as small as reading a piece of research or having a discussion with a colleague, to a sustained activity such as taking part in a qualification such as an NPQ.

The Centre of Professional Excellence is a hub comprising links to people or places, resources and reading, collaboration and networking. It is open to all employees within the Cambrian Learning Trust, creating pathways for career progression and ensuring our children receive the very best quality of education.
