Another important feature and real benefit for our Trust is the proximity of all our schools, which are situated no more than 30-40 minutes drive from each other.

Could Your School Become One of Our Alliance Schools?

Cambrian Learning Trust values its partnership with alliance schools. An alliance school is any school that wishes to work in collaboration with the Trust. There is no expectation that an alliance school will join the Trust as an academy, but for some schools this is a route to take to enable them to make an informed decision.

As an alliance school we invite you to feel part of the Cambrian Learning Trust’s family of schools and hope you will benefit from mixing with and working alongside 18 other schools – each with a differing context. We very much value the role and contribution of all our alliance schools. As a Trust we benefit from their input and value the additional expertise, thinking and alternative views and perspectives that alliance schools offer, and that bring richness to the Trust as a whole.  

We do make a nominal charge for being an Alliance School and offer three ‘alliance options’ (Level 1, 2 and 3) that allow for flexibility of engagement. This offers some parity for the Trust’s existing members and helps pay for the services provided.  Any feedback or thoughts from any school considering the formation of an alliance partnership with us is always welcome, and if you would like to explore with us what the cost could be for your particular setting, please do get in touch with us.
