Chris brings extensive experience in education, having served as a teacher and senior leader in three Berkshire secondary schools. He then dedicated 17 years as Schools Adviser for Design and Technology and IT with the London Borough of Hounslow, supporting 79 schools. Following this, Chris spent 8 years as a Secondary Consultant Adviser in Bracknell Forest, where he played a key role in the development of an innovative all-through school for ages 3 to 19—collaborating with the Department for Education, architects, planners, designers, and landscapers. He was also a trained Ofsted Inspector, accredited to assess primary, secondary, and special schools. 

Beyond his professional roles, Chris has over 15 years of governance experience and currently serves as Chair of Governors at a primary school within the Cambrian Learning Trust. He believes his extensive expertise and unwavering commitment in aspiring to achieve educational excellence over four decades will enable him to be an effective and dedicated Trustee.
