Tim has worked for Education Technology companies for 35+ years. This has involved visiting schools and speaking to and working with teachers, school leaders and trust leaders.

Since having children, Tim has been involved practically with helping organisations that work with young people. Tim was Chair of Governors for John Blandy Primary School for 7 years and is now a Trustee at Cambrian Learning Trust and Chair of the Resources Committee. Tim is also a Trustee at 1^st Longworth Scout Group and the Chair of Trustees for Thames Ridge District Scouts - which covers the 17 Scout groups in Abingdon, Didcot and the surrounding villages.

Tim has two children that have now left home and a long-suffering wife Sarah.
