Acorns is a warm and welcoming Class for children aged from 2-4 years old with a strong focus on learning through play with the support of the school's excellent early years team there to scaffold. They follow the Little Wandle Foundations for Phonics scheme and each term there's an an over-arching topic alongside in the moment planning. Acorns focus is on creating an environment that breeds opportunities for learning whilst ensuring the children feel safe and secure to allow them to develop a confidence and independence that will underpin their journey all through the school.
