St John's CE Primary Academy includes three classrooms in their nursery for 2-4 year olds. Each child has a 'base room' which is the class that they belong to and where their key worker is based. This allows the adults to get to know each child and plan appropriate provision according to their needs as well as allowing the youngest children to have a quieter space to play and explore.  The nursery promotes a love of language incorporating books in all aspects of provision and has an inspirational range of play equipment, helping to build children's gross motor skills and physical development.
